shfa.aiShfa.ai review: what sellers actually get
Shfa.ai targets medical practices and facilities. Its claims: payouts to facilities of $300,000 to $3,000,000, one $943,000 payment to a single healthcare client, and removal of every one of the 18 HIPAA identifiers.
Its homepage now leads with a de-identification service (up to 1 TB of patient data processed in under 48 hours) and pitches licensing as the step after it.

02
Who Shfa.ai buys from
Medical practices, facilities and other holders of clinical data in the US. Its privacy page says it licenses de-identified clinical and operational data on behalf of healthcare organizations.
03
What Shfa.ai pays
The site's headline is still $300K to $3M. The $943,000 single-client figure appeared on an earlier version of the site and is not on the current homepage. A $1.2M payment shows up in its ads but nowhere on the site.
04
The contract terms
With medical records, the person certifying de-identification matters as much as the price. Shfa now names the expert who signs its determinations; get that signed determination before a single record leaves your practice.
Its site terms and privacy page cover only the website and the appraisal call. Any licensing work runs under a separate written agreement you would sign.

06
Is Shfa.ai a fit for your company?
Before an appraisal call, ask for the legal entity, an address, and written proof of any arrangement with Anthropic, Mercor or micro1. Get the de-identification determination in writing.
07
Six checks before you send Shfa.ai anything
We run the same checks on every buyer we rank. They take an afternoon and they protect the one thing you cannot take back: the copy of your records.
- Find the legal entity. A registered company name, an address and at least one named person. A Facebook form alone is not enough.
- Get the offer and the contract in writing before any export. A sample agreement tells you more than a sales call.
- Ask who strips personal data, how, and when. You should approve the method and see a sample before anything leaves your systems.
- Ask where the data goes. Which AI companies receive it, whether you are told, and whether it can be resold.
- Ask how everyone is paid. By you, by the buyer, or out of your deal. Referral fees are normal; hidden ones are not.
- Get a second quote. Terms from at least one other buyer is the fastest way to know if an offer is fair.
