Support tickets and AI data licensing

Every ticket has the same shape: a problem reported, questions asked, fixes tried, an escalation, a resolution. Thousands of those in customers' real words, with real outcomes, are what AI agents learn support work from. Tickets linked to the work order and invoice that followed are worth more.

Help desks such as Zendesk and ServiceNow, project tools such as Jira and Asana, and shared inboxes. Tickets that live in email threads count too.

Customers paste anything into tickets, including phone numbers, addresses, account details, screenshots and passwords that should never have been shared. Buyers say all that is removed before use, sometimes by a third-party specialist.

When your customers are other businesses, tickets may contain their data, which normally gets excluded.

Nobody states a minimum number of tickets. The normal thresholds still hold (20 to 30 staff and several years on record). Before you talk to anyone, find your annual ticket volume and the year your system starts.
